The Permit Shop began back in 1992 with a dream. In 2003, it was incorporated, as Deuteronomy Twenty-Eight & Company, Inc.; D/B/A as The Permit Shop. Over the years, our organization has acquired numerous clientele and successfully accomplished permits for the projects.
Ultimately, our goal is to provide the most efficient way to acquire permits for all types of businesses from commercial to residential in the areas of Miami-Dade , Broward and Palm Beach County with expansion to Monroe County.
We offer a wide range of services - from planning and program development, through construction documents, to on-site inspection.
